As we make use of several different courier companies, based on where your order is going to as well as the weight and volume of the consignment, we prefer that you contact us directly if your consignment is late.
The quickest and easiest way of contacting us is by clicking on the live chat button on the bottom right of the screen. The sales team will respond to live chats within a few seconds during normal working hours (8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday).
Outside of these hours, you can pop us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will respond as soon as we are back at our desks the following working day.
