What is the delivery charge?
All deliveries are FREE , irrespective of the value of the order.

How long will it take to receive my order?
If the order is placed before 12am, delivery is effected within 48 hours (no deliveries on weekends or public holidays).
What payment options do I have?
You can pay by Credit Card (Mastercard/Visa) or you can do an Internet Transfer into the following account:

Are my Credit card details safe?
RubberstampSA uses PayGate (Pty) Ltd to process all credit card transactions. PayGate uses SSL 3.0 technology and are the approved payment gateway for the Standard Bank of South Africa. No credit card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
What will appear on my Credit Card statement
The payment will appear on your credit card statement as being made to "Interactive Concepts cc".
Are my personal details safe?
Customer details are stored by RubberstampSA separately from the card details, which are entered by the client on PayGate's secure website. RubberstampSA has a very strict privacy policy, for more information click here.
What size stamp do I need?
This is determined by the number of lines of the text that you require on the stamp and the size of impression that you looking for. See the product information sheets for the Printy Line and the Professional line, which detail the size of each stamp and the maximum number of lines which each stamp can comfortably accomodate.
How long will my ink pad last?
It is difficult to give an exact amount of impressions as different materials absorb greater/lesser amounts of ink and hence can significantly reduce/increase the lifespan of the ink pad. Under normal circumstances however, you should get a couple of thousand impressions from your stamp and when the ink pad does run dry, you can simply order a new one. The swop-pads are inexpensive and easy to replace
Can I fax my order?
Yes, you can print out our offline order form(pdf), fill it in and fax it back to us. Please note that this method of ordering will however result in a one day delay in delivery.
How can I add a Logo or signature to my stamp.
If ordering online, you can upload your logo/signature during the ordering process. If you are using the offline order form:
- You can email the logo to info@rubberstamps.co.za.
- We support the following formats: JPEG, TIFF, PCX and BMP.
- Please ensure that all artwork is without color, raster or grey tones and is at 600 DPI.
- This will ensure that you get a crisp and clear impression of your logo/signature. Click here to see an example of a desirable and an undesirable logo, for the purposes of creating a rubber stamp.
Can I fax a logo/signature through?
No - the quality is simply not good enough for stamp artwork and will result in a blurred and unclear impression.

There is a mistake on the text of my stamp?
We take our quality levels and service very seriously. Please email us on info@rubberstamps.co.za should you notice any mistakes on the stamp and we shall resolve the problem immediately.
